The Difference Between Seminars, Workshops & Sessions

Seminars: Are Lectures & Demos Only
Workshops: Are A Mixture of Lessons and Shooting
Photo Sessions: Are Shooting Only (Pro Photographer will be available for assistance)

Glamourcon Show Admission Regarding Glamourcon Workshops
|
|
A paid admission to the Glamourcon main show is required to attend any or all seminars, workshops and sessions. Seminar, workshop and session prices/registration do NOT include admission to the Glamourcon show. For each paid seminar, workshop or session registration you will receive a $5 discount on the cost of admission to the Glamourcon show - up to $25 maximum discount. Examples:
If you attend 1 workshop, you receive a $5 show discount.
If you attend three seminars, you receive a $15 show discount.
If you attend 3 seminars, 1 workshop and 1 session you receive a $25 show discount
If you attend 6 seminars, 1 workshop and 2 sessions you receive a $25 show discount

Cancellation Of A Workshop or Substitution of A Photographer or Model
|
|
|
If for any reason we cancel a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund of the class cost. If we are forced to substitue the scheduled instructor photographer or model, you will be given the option of a 100% refund or continuing with the substitute photographer or model.
|
|
Paying For Your Workshop
|
|
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders. If you reserve via credit card, your reservation is completed immediately upon submission. If you pay by check or MO, your reservation is completed when we actually receive the check or MO. We will not hold a slot in the workshop/seminar while waiting for your payment to arrive. All workshops & seminars are first paid, first reserved.
The credit card you use to pay for your workshop(s) MUST have your name stamped on it. We will check your ID at the workshop door. They MUST match.

Cancelling Your Reservation For A Workshop
|
|
You can cancel your reservation for any seminar or workshop at any time. The amount of your refund will depend on how close to the seminar/workshop date you cancel. You must contact Glamourcon via phone or email and receive confirmation of your requested cancellation for it to be honored.
Longer than 2 weeks = 100% refund
Less than 2 weeks = 50% Refund
Note: If we can fill your spot, we'll refund the remaining 50%.

Copyrights, Usage and Releases
|
|
Copyrights of all displayed images, handouts and other teaching material is retained and reserved by the original creator. No rights are passed or transfered as a result of the seminar or workshop.
Copyrights of images created during any workshops or sessions belong to the photographer that creates the image. But usage is restricted by the type of model release.
Any image created by a photographer during a workshop or session can ONLY be used in a self-promotion or portfolios. No commercial usage is allowed. Images may not be sold or published in any manner. All other uses require a signed release from the model expressly describing the new usage right(s) granted and may require additional payment.

Proper Conduct
|
|
- You must treat everyone, photographer, models, organizers and fellow attendees with courtesy and respect at all times. If you are abusive or annoying you wil be asked to leave.
- The photographer or Glamourcon representative has complete authority of any seminar or workshop. Their word is the last word. You must follow their instructions, rules and decisions. Agree or leave.

Reserved Rights
|

Glamourcon, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
